Returns. How do I return goods that I don't want to keep?
All of our non-commercial customers can of course return all items to us within 14 days without giving any reason. You do not need to register the return if you are still within the time frame. It would be great if you could send the goods back in the original box so that we can resell them.
To return the goods, please pack them in the outer box we sent you. Then take everything to the nearest packing station such as the post office, GLS, Hermes or DPD and have it sent back to the following address:

For even faster processing, it would be nice if you put a copy of the delivery note or order in the box. This way we can immediately assign the goods to your customer account.
We do not cover any return shipping costs. However, you have the option of having the return shipping costs reimbursed by PAYPAL. You can find out everything you need to know about this here.
Please understand that items returned to us after the 14-day period cannot be credited.

Tracking your shipment. Why can't I see a tracking number?
Most items are shipped from our warehouse and you will receive a tracking number and a link from the respective parcel service to track the shipment.
In some cases, the goods are sent directly from the manufacturer. In this case, you will not receive an automatic tracking number. If you need one, we will be happy to request it for you. All you need to do is call us or send us an email.
