How should the HEATSCOPE be controlled? Using your own IR remote control or existing home control/home automation?
VISION and SPOT are available either for integration into an external home control system (basic version) or with their own IR remote control (plus version). These are each their own model series; the remote control cannot be retrofitted! The PURE is factory-equipped for external control systems. Using the optionally available HEATSCOPE® SmartBox, the PURE can also be controlled via IR remote control or somfy®.
3. WHAT?
What is the HEATSCOPE supposed to heat? How large is the area to be heated?
The overall size of the terrace orwinter garden does NOT count. The area to be heated is IMPORTANT!
Where are the customers? Where is a table or a seating area? Which areas/corners are not used?
Model selection by environment: see question 1
Requirements calculation: see question 1
Control options: see question 2
4. AND ELSE?
What needs to be taken into account? What accessories may be necessary?
Minimum distances
Every HEATSCOPE is delivered with detailed instructions that determine the minimum distances to walls, ceilings and glass surfaces. These can also be found in the obligatory quick guide.
validation
A separate fused 16A supply line is required for each device.
Weather protection (only VISION + SPOT)
If the VISION and SPOT models are planned for uncovered areas or unprotected areas, weather protection is absolutely necessary.
Suspensions (VISION, SPOT + PURE)
For ceiling heights over 2.50m or over 3.00m, optional extension suspensions are available for all spotlight types.
